Can I purchase my tickets in person?
We strongly suggest purchasing tickets online in advance. Tickets will be available for purchase in person at the Gardens by the Bay box office starting on 28 October.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The official website of Gardens by the Bay accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards and PayPal.
What are the ticketing fees? Can I avoid those if I purchase tickets in person?
There are no ticketing fees.
Do I need to pay extra to enter the Gardens if I only want to visit the experience?
Gardens by the Bay is a nature park that is open to all visitors. Admission charges apply for the gated attractions. For visits to the gated attractions, ticket can be purchased either online or through the ticketing counter on-site.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets to Avatar: The Experience can be purchased on-site or through the Gardens by the Bay website. Second-hand distributors are NOT official ticketing sites and tickets purchased through these resellers and non-official ticketing sites may not be valid.

How much are tickets?
Admission tickets to Avatar: The Experience start from $23. Please visit our website for all ticket pricing and information!
At what time is the last on-site ticket sale?
The Ticketing Box Office operates from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm, but the last admission to Cloud Forest is 8.00 pm.
Does my child need a ticket to enter?
Anyone over the age of 3 needs a ticket to enter the exhibition.
What is included in the different ticket options available?

Do you offer a military/senior/teacher/first responder discounts?
Gardens by the Bay has an existing list of promotions, membership options, and more. Visit their website for more clarity.
Do you offer any group pricing?
We do not offer group pricing at this time. You can buy as many regular-priced tickets online as you need for your group.
Why do I need to select a date / time when purchasing ticketing?

The ticket purchased from Gardens by the Bay are valid for the selected date of visit. If for some reason you are unable to visit during the selected day, please kindly contact us for further assistance.

What if I missed my entry time?
There is no fixed entry time as long as one visits the exhibition within opening hours.
Can I transfer my ticket?
An Avatar: The Experience ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable, and void if altered.

If someone exits the exhibition, can they enter Cloud Forest again with the same ticket?
Tickets are only valid for the stipulated date. No re-entry is allowed.
What ages are appropriate for Avatar: The Experience? Do all ages require a ticket to enter?
Avatar: The Experience is open to kids of all ages. Children under age three do not require a ticket and can enter with any paying adult. If your child has celebrated their third birthday, they will need a ticket to enter the exhibition. Children up to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to print my ticket?
If you have purchased tickets online, you should receive an email with an e-ticket. This e-ticket does not need to be printed, it can be scanned at the entrance of Cloud Forest through a device as a one-time entry ticket.

What is the maximum visitor capacity?
Normal capacity limits for Cloud Forest at Gardens By the Bay will be in place including health and safety protocols.
Is Avatar: The Experience sensory friendly?
Avatar: The Experience experience contains strobe lighting effects, sudden loud noises, and theatrical fog/haze.
What ages are appropriate for Avatar: The Experience?
The experience is open to kids of all ages. Please mind that children up to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Are toddlers/babies allowed inside?
Yes, children under age three do not require a ticket and can enter with any paying adult.
How long does the experience take?
Allow an hour to experience the event.
Is there merchandise available?
Yes, merchandise will be available at the Gardens by the Bay’s gift shop.
What are the difference between attending during the day and at night?
During the day, an immersive natural soundscape and light reflections on the scenic foliage enhance this welcome zone, bringing magic to the experience and transporting guests to Pandora.
What is Avatar: The Experience?
Inspired by the blockbuster film AVATAR and set at Cloud Forest with its iconic vision of waterfalls, spiraling walkways, and a unique architectural glass greenhouse, Avatar: The Experience invites guests to connect with the alien world of Pandora, its bioluminescent environments, mystical creatures, flora, and the captivating culture of its indigenous people, the Na’vi.

Can I bring my camera?
Filming and photography for your personal memories are welcome. To ensure a more pleasant photo-taking experience, wedding couples are strongly encouraged to arrange their photoshoot on weekdays only or book a photoshoot session that includes our accompanying Gardens Safety Ambassador.

Avatar: The Experience is located inside Gardens by the Bay at the Cloud Forest conservatory, 18 Marina Gardens Dr in the Central Region of Singapore.
What are the operating hours?
9 am to 9 pm on most days. The last ticket sales and admission will be at 8.00 pm.
How do I get to Avatar: The Experience?
Getting to Avatar: The Experience is easy, whether you travel by public transportation, private vehicle, or foot!
What is the closest MRT station?
Via the Circle Line or Downtown Line
Alight at Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16), then take Exit B and follow the underground linkway. Exit and cross the Dragonfly Bridge or Meadow Bridge into Gardens by the Bay.
Via the Thomson East-Coast Line
Alight at Gardens by the Bay MRT Station (TE22), then take Exit 1 into Gardens by the Bay (beside Satay by the Bay).
Via the East-West Line
Alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15), then take exit C and head towards bus stop no. 03223 located at International Plaza, Anson Road. Hop onto bus 400 and alight at bus stop no. 03371 along Marina Gardens Drive.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is a basement car park available at the Main Entrance and four open-air ones.
Are there disabled parking bays?
Yes, there are disabled parking bays. Disabled parking is not free of charge.
Are there any cycle racks?
Cycling in the Gardens
Bicycles/tricycles, roller skates, skateboards, and scooters are prohibited in the Gardens. If you are cycling to Bay South Gardens, please secure your bike at the bike stands available and enjoy the Gardens on foot. Cycling is permitted along the waterfront promenade and Scented Walk in Bay South Garden and the perimeter of Bay East Garden.
Are strollers and/or diaper bags or backpacks allowed inside?
Walkers, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids are permitted inside the experience, including wagons, strollers and diaper bags. Please be advised that all bags and personal items are subject to inspection.
What are the prohibited and permissible personal items?
We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibition, all bags entering or leaving the space, including purses, are subject to inspection. Please note that backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the exhibit.
Permissible Items:
- Walkers, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids
- Small personal point-and-shoot cameras, including smartphones
- Wagons, strollers, and diaper bags
Prohibited Items:
- Backpacks, duffle bags, and large purses
- Paints and aerosols
- Indelible markers
- Weapons of any type
- Food and beverages of any type (including alcohol)
- Bikes, helmets, skateboards, Heelys, rollerblades, and non-mobility aid scooters are not permitted
- Camping chairs
- Professional photo or video equipment
- Tripods
- Any item deemed by exhibit security or venue management to be inappropriate
- Kite flying (including remote-controlled kites)
Is Avatar: The Experience wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Experience is wheelchair accessible with lift access required for certain areas. Our onsite staff will provide the directions.
Are pets allowed inside?
Pets are not permitted to enter any conservatories including Cloud Forest; however, they may explore the outdoor gardens as long as they are leashed.
What are the COVID/safety requirements?
With the easing of Safe Management Measures per recent government guidelines, mask-wearing in the Gardens is now optional from 29 Aug 2022. Visit the Gardens by the Bay website to find out more about the safety management measures put in place.
Is food allowed?
Food and drinks are prohibited in Avatar: The Experience at Cloud Forest.
