Unfortunately, no food or beverages will be available for purchase at this event.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately, Espacio Delicias does not have parking available. We recommend using public transportation to visit us.

About the Tickets
Where can I get tickets?
You can get tickets on the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, and also on the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, there is a box office on site. Tickets may be sold out when you arrive at the event. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. Tickets are available on the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever application.
I can't find my ticket, what should I do?
You can view your entry in the Fever app, under the entries section. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket and are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you wish to make a change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?).
You can also check if this option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If enabled, you will see a "Change Date and/or Time" button. Follow the steps provided in the link to change the date and/or time of your ticket.

About Accessibility
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled visit time to ensure a smooth entry process. You may enter the venue up to 10 minutes after your session time. For example, if your ticket is for 12:30 p.m., entry is permitted until 12:40 p.m.
Can I bring pets and are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not permitted on site for this event, including service animals.
Is the site accessible?
Yes, the event will be held at an accessible venue that is wheelchair-friendly and equipped for individuals with reduced mobility.
What items are prohibited in the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
Is the experience accessible to people who are deaf or visually impaired?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for deaf and visually impaired people. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and we recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
There are no strobe lights in this experience.
Will there be restrooms available on site?
Yes, restrooms are available. Please ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?
Yes, feel free to take photos and share them! However, please be mindful not to disturb other guests. Flash photography, professional equipment, and tripods are not permitted.
Where can I inquire about lost and found?
Lost items are deposited at the venue’s box office (Paseo de las Delicias 61, Madrid). Please visit the box office and speak with the staff.
Is a checkroom available?
Unfortunately, we do not have a checkroom inside the venue. We recommend organizing your belongings before your visit to enjoy the experience without any inconvenience.
Is there an age requirement and can baby strollers be brought in?
Suitable for all ages! Children aged 3 and up will especially enjoy the experience. Please note that there is no storage area for strollers. Baby strollers are not allowed inside the experience. For a more comfortable and smooth visit, we recommend using a baby carrier.
Will there be an audio guide?
There will not be an audio guide.
